近年来中学心理健康教育工作越来越受到国家和社会的重视,而心理教师在其中起着举足轻重的作用,因此探讨该群体的核心胜任力,可以从根本上推动我国心理健康教育事业的发展。本研究采用半结构化访谈的方法,从北京市中学里选取10名教龄在5年以上的专职心理教师进行访谈,在了解当前中学心理教师的职业现状的基础上,探讨中学心理教师的核心胜任力特征。通过N-vivo软件对访谈数据的深度分析,最终提取出中学心理教师的核心胜任力特征,主要包括三个方面:自身素质(亲和力、个人品质、思想、创新能力),工作态度(上进心、包容度、责任心、踏实)和工作技能(专业技能:经验、专业知识;发展技能:组织协调能力、人际沟通能力)。

In recent years, middle school mental health education work gets more and more attentionfrom the state and society, in which the mental health teachers play important role. In order to promote the development of mental health education in China, we have to clarify the core competencies of mental health teachers. This study adopted semi-structured interview method, and selected 10 middle school teachers in Beijing which had full-time teaching experience in mental health area for more than 5 years to interview, to explore the core competency features of middle school mental health teachers. Through deep analysis of the interview data by N-vivo software, the core eompetencies of middle school mental health teacher was extracted, including three main aspects: personal attributes (affinity, individaul character, thinking, innovation), work attitude ( motivated, inclusive, responsible, reliable ) and work skills ( professional skills : experience, knowledge ; developing skills: organizational and communication skills).
