以《体育事业统计年鉴》为依据,运用SPSS 22.0对我国体育系统竞技体育后备人才培养数据进行统计与分析。结果显示：当前我国竞技体育后备人才培养的系统壁垒开始被打破,越界整合趋势加强;传统培养机构数量大幅减少,开放、多元的培养体系已呈现;后备人才总量未减少,但区域性、项目间的差距十分明显;各省市后备人才数量与其竞技体育实力、经济水平及人口总数呈高度正相关。我国竞技体育后备人才培养在指导思想、发展原则、发展方式、培养格局等方面均发生了显著变化。
이《체육사업통계년감》위의거,운용SPSS 22.0대아국체육계통경기체육후비인재배양수거진행통계여분석。결과현시：당전아국경기체육후비인재배양적계통벽루개시피타파,월계정합추세가강;전통배양궤구수량대폭감소,개방、다원적배양체계이정현;후비인재총량미감소,단구역성、항목간적차거십분명현;각성시후비인재수량여기경기체육실력、경제수평급인구총수정고도정상관。아국경기체육후비인재배양재지도사상、발전원칙、발전방식、배양격국등방면균발생료현저변화。
Based on Chinese Sports Statistics Yearbook, the study used SPSS 22.0 to analyze the statistics of competitive sports reserve talents training in China. The findings show that the system barrier has begun to break and the cross-border integration trend is speeding up; there is a large decrease of traditional training organizations on one hand and the appearance of an open and multiple training system on the other hand. Besides, no losses of the total reserve talents while an apparent gap at different regions or sports items have been found. Finally, there is a positive correlation between the number of reserve talents in various provinces or cities and their sport strength, economic levels as well as population. The study holds that there has been an obvious change for the Chinese competitive sports reserve talents training in the aspects of guiding ideology, development principles and models, and the training patterns.
