在量表调查的基础上,通过探索性因子分析和结构方程模型（SEM）,对影响我国高校高水平运动队训练效益的影响因素进行研究。结果显示：训练体系、保障体系、训练主客体等均对训练效益的回归系数影响较大,达到显著性水平;训练体系的因子载荷最高,其次是训练主客体,包含教练员水平和运动员动力二级因子,保障体系中的政策保障、经费及场地器材3个观测变量回归系数较高。在此基础上,对其产生的机理进行讨论。

The paper, based on the questionnaire, conducted the structure measurement to the factors to influence the training efficiency of the high-level sports teams in our universities and colleges by exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling （SEM）. The results show that there was a large regression coefficient of the training efficiency, achieving a significant level, under the influencing factors of training system, guarantee system, training subject and object. The training system had the highest load factor, followed by the training subject and object, including the secondary factors of the level of coach and athlete power. 3 observed variables, i. e. the policy support, funding and space facilities in guarantee system, got a high regression coefficient. With this basis the mechanism produced in the process was discussed then.
