目的:观察4周有氧运动干预对肥胖青少年胰岛素抵抗及炎症因子的影响,探讨肥胖及炎症因子在胰岛素抵抗发生发展过程中的作用。方法:对31名肥胖青少年进行为期4周的有氧运动干预,测试干预前后身体形态、空腹胰岛素、空腹血糖及血清主要炎症因子等指标。结果:受试体重、BMI、体脂率、腰围、腰臀比、腰围身高比等指标出现了非常显著性下降(P〈0.01);FINS、HOMA-IR、HOMA-β、IAI等指标均出现非常显著性变化(P〈0.01),FBG出现显著性下降(P〈0.05);hs-CRP及IL-6发生非常显著性下降(P〈0.01),TNF-α出现显著性下降(P〈0.05),IL-1出现下降但不显著。结论:肥胖青少年已存在胰岛素抵抗和低度炎症等问题,4周有氧运动可以明显改善脂肪过度堆积状况及胰岛素抵抗,提高胰岛素敏感性,同时具有良好的抗炎效应。

목적:관찰4주유양운동간예대비반청소년이도소저항급염증인자적영향,탐토비반급염증인자재이도소저항발생발전과정중적작용。방법:대31명비반청소년진행위기4주적유양운동간예,측시간예전후신체형태、공복이도소、공복혈당급혈청주요염증인자등지표。결과:수시체중、BMI、체지솔、요위、요둔비、요위신고비등지표출현료비상현저성하강(P〈0.01);FINS、HOMA-IR、HOMA-β、IAI등지표균출현비상현저성변화(P〈0.01),FBG출현현저성하강(P〈0.05);hs-CRP급IL-6발생비상현저성하강(P〈0.01),TNF-α출현현저성하강(P〈0.05),IL-1출현하강단불현저。결론:비반청소년이존재이도소저항화저도염증등문제,4주유양운동가이명현개선지방과도퇴적상황급이도소저항,제고이도소민감성,동시구유량호적항염효응。
Purpose: It is to observe the effect of 4-week aerobic exercise intervention on insulin resistance (HR) and inflammatory factors in obese adolescents and to explore the obesity and inflammatory factors in its effect on the development of insulin resistance. Methods: Aerobic exercise intervention was exerted on 31 obese adolescents to test changes before and after the intervention in body morphology, FINS, FBG and major serum inflammatory factors. Results: 1 ) The body weight, BMI, Fat percentage, WC, WHR and WHtR were significantly reduced after the four-week aerobic exercise intervention; 2) After the 4- week aerobic exercise intervention, the indexes FINS, HOMA-IR,HOMA-13 and IAI were highly significantly changed. 3 ) FBG was reduced significantly while there was a very significant decline for hs-CRP and IL-6. 4) There was a significant decrease for TNF-a; while there was a reduction found in IL-1. Conclusions : The obese adolescents have some problems such as insulin resistance and low-grade inflammation. The four-week aerobic exercise can obviously improve the excessive fat accumulation, improve the insulin resistance, and promote the insulin sensitivity; in the meanwhile it has a good anti-inflammatory effect.
