目的:研究有氧运动对肥胖少儿身体形态和血液胰岛素、血脂四项的影响,分析干预前后腰围身高比与血脂四项和胰岛素之间的关系,探讨利用腰围身高比评判肥胖程度和类型以及预测代谢综合征风险的可能性。方法:以参加全封闭减肥夏令营的肥胖少儿为研究对象,对其4周有氧运动结合合理膳食供应进行干预,干预前后进行体格检查和血液指标测试。结果:经4周干预后受试身体形态指标、血胰岛素和血脂四项与入营前比较均有非常显著性下降;干预前受试腰围身高比与血胰岛素、血脂四项呈非常显著性相关,干预后仍存显著性相关。结论:4周有氧运动结合适当饮食干预能显著改善肥胖少儿身体形态及胰岛素抵抗和脂代谢紊乱等代谢综合征危险因素。腰围身高比可作为评判肥胖程度、类型的简易指标,及代谢综合征危险因素的参考依据。

Purpose: It is to provide the basis for the waist-height ratio as an indicator to judge the obesity degree and obesity type by observing the effect of aerobic exercise on the morphological measurement and blood index. Methods: Obese children and teenagers were recruited from the weight reduction camps. Aerobic exercise combined with dietary interventions for weight loss was conducted, and the morphology and blood index were measured. Results : After 4 weeks, the subjects' morphological index, blood index were significantly decreased. Before the intervention, there was a significant correlation between the subjects' waist-height ratio and blood index; after the intervention, there still exist a certain correlation between waist-height ratio and blood insulin & blood lipid four. Conclusion : The aerobic exercise can significantly reduce the rate of body fat in obese children and the waist-height ratio and improve the metabolic syndrome risk factorssuch as insulin resistance and lipid metabolism disorders. WHtR can be used as a simple indicator to evaluate the obesity degree and types, and can also be used as a reference for the metabolic syndrome risk factors.
