我国是多民族国家,民族问题是国家的重要问题,为了推动民族教育的发展,国家在民族教育事业上制定了不同的政策制度,形成了事实上的少数民族差别教育权利现象。民族差别教育权利是在人权、法定权利及民族平等等多种因素的共同作用下形成的权利现象,具有丰富的内涵,因此对相关问题的认知也不能片面来认识。下文以内蒙古、贵州等地的相关情况为例,从人权、法定权利及民族平等三个方面对民族差别教育权利内涵进行了阐述。

China is a multi-ethnic country, ethnic problem is an important problem of the country, in order to promote the development of national education, the state has formulated a different policy system in the national education, formed a minority difference education fights in fact. The rights of ethnic differences in education is the phenomenon of right is formed in the interaction of various factors of human rights, legal rights and ethnic equality under, has the rich connotation, therefore issues related to cognitive nor one-sided to the understanding of. Below to relevant case in Inner Mongolia, Cuizhou and other places as an example, this paper discussed the connotation of education rights of ethnic differences from human rights, legal rights and ethnic equality in three aspects.
