近代西藏地方政府采取振兴工商业,提升本地商人政治地位和市场竞争能力,以及对国外、内地商人和商业机构赋予种种特权。故西藏近代商品经济较快发展,对外贸易数值逐渐扩大,货币使用逐渐增加,凡是借贷、流通与对外贸易领域,货币已普遍流通。但是,流通和管理领域也存在不少问题,尤其是背后隐藏着经济集团势力的竞争与博弈关系。

Modern Tibetan local government has developed industrial and commercial,promoted the political status of businessman and the ability of market competition,as well as given privileges to different com- mercial organizations of mainland and abroad. With rapid development of Tibetan modern commodity conomy,the foreign trade value has gradually expanded,currency use has increased gradually. Currency has commonly circulated in the field of borrowing,circulation and foreign trade. However,there still exist problems in the field of circulation and management. This article reveals the Tibetan modern currency circulation and financial management and the competition and game relation between different economic groups in the context of history,the financial management,economics,political science,international relations and etc.
