随着微信这一自媒体在大学生群体中的普及,它正在改变大学生网络舆论的传播生态.而“红色微信”也已成为高校思想政治工作在“微时代”下引导大学生手机舆论、促进大学生“三观”形成的重要工具.通过建设“微信红军”队伍、构建分层分类引导体系、强化平台功能设置等手段,把握“第一时间”原则,综合运用“圈群”性传播,进行“意见领袖”引导和媒介素质培养等手段,可有效促进大学生网络舆论朝着高校思想政治教育工作的预期目标发展.
