在许多人看来，教育理论与教育实践是对立和背离的。然而，教育理论与教育实践在本体上和自然状态下是有机统一和自然结合的，自然结合于每个教育理论工作者、实践者的教育活动中，也结合于教育理论者与实践者共存的生活世界中。但是，为促进教育理论与教育实践从自然结合到自觉结合，提升教育理论与教育实践结合的质量，既要在教育实践中有意识地学习和思考教育知识，从教育实践中有意识地总结和提升教育理论，也要实施面向实践的学习，将教育理论还原为我们共存的生活世界。

In the eyes of many people, the theory and practice of education is opposite and deviated. But they are ontologically and naturally in a state of unity and combination. The combination naturally exists in the educational activities of the teaching staff, as well as in their coexistent world of life. In order to promote the conscious combination of it, we should have the awareness of learning and reflecting on educational knowledge, summarizing and improving education theory from practice, and returning education theory to our coexistent world of life.
