以中美两国高校辅导员的职业标准为切入口,比较两国高校辅导员职业能力标准的制定理念、制定策略和具体内容,可以得出促进我国辅导员队伍建设和能力提升的若干启示:以体制改革促进辅导员专业化,推进大学生学习与发展理论本土化,以思政教育内涵发展提升工作人性化,通过开展评估评价提升工作科学化等。

Based on the sino - US vocational ability standards of counselors, the comparison is made in the aspects of theory, strat- egy and the content of such standards, in order to obtain the revelation of the improvement of the construction of counselor team and of their ability. Colleges should promote the counselors' specialization through structural reform, enhance the localization of theory of col- lege students study and development, improve the humility of work through the development of ideological education, and enhance the scientification of work through Assessment and evaluation.
