人文社科类博士研究(以下简称“文科博士生”)的培养具有自身的规律性与特殊性,主要表现在培养目标、培养过程、培养评价等三个方面。英美一流大学文科博士生培养的成功经验,比如,学术自由理念下的探究性学习方式、跨学科的培养制度、注重科研与学术训练的课程设计、博士研究生培养的淘汰率、多元化的导师制度等对我国文科博士生的培养具有一定的借鉴意义。
人文社科類博士研究(以下簡稱“文科博士生”)的培養具有自身的規律性與特殊性,主要錶現在培養目標、培養過程、培養評價等三箇方麵。英美一流大學文科博士生培養的成功經驗,比如,學術自由理唸下的探究性學習方式、跨學科的培養製度、註重科研與學術訓練的課程設計、博士研究生培養的淘汰率、多元化的導師製度等對我國文科博士生的培養具有一定的藉鑒意義。

The cultivation of the humanities and social sciences doctoral students has its own pattern and characteristics. These may primarily manifest in the aspects of training target, training process and training evaluation. The successful experience of graduate education in Britain and the United States first -class universities have enlightening significance to the liberal arts doctoral cultivation in China.
