随着高等教育大众化进程的不断推进，大学生就业压力的日趋严峻，培养兼具创新意识与创业能力的高端人才是时代发展和社会进步对高等教育提出的新要求，树立创新精神、提高实践能力、打造创新创业型人才的创业教育也成为高校育人的重点。文章从世界各国创业教育模式比较的视角出发，总结创业教育中的规律和问题，基于我国高校创新创业教育仍处于起步阶段的现状，提出进一步完善、优化创业教育的对策建议。

With continuous advance of the popularization process of higher education, university graduates＇ employment pressure has become more severe. So cultivating high -end talents who have both innovation consciousness and entrepreneurship ability is new demand of the development of era and social progress on higher education. In addition, setting up innovation spirits, enhancing practi- cal ability, creating entrepreneurship education which mainly cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents are the important parts of university education. From the perspective of comparing entrepreneurship education modes of all of the countries in the world, this pa- per has summarized the regulations and problems in entrepreneurship education and come up with countermeasures to further improve and optimize entrepreneurship education based on current situation that university innovation and entrepreneurship education in our country is still in the initial stage.
