创业教育不同于一般的专业教育,其结果不仅在于传授创业知识,更重要的是启蒙学生的创业意识,帮助学生掌握创业技能和经验。为此,文章基于“体验式学习”理论,从高校体验教育的实施主体共青团的视角出发,结合多年的创业理论研究和实践经验,构建了“五位一体”大学生创业教育模式,即以创业知识普及为前提、以创业观摩体验为先导、以创业计划竞赛和模拟创业为平台、以创业实训为载体、以理论提升为核心。此外,顺畅的创业资源对接机制、专兼结合的“双师型”创业师资队伍和科学有效的创业教育评价机制,将有助于确保该创业模式的有效运行,从而提升高校大学生创业教育的针对性和实效性。

Entrepreneurship education is different from common professional education, and its results are enlightening students' entrepreneurship awareness and helping students to master entrepreneurial skills and experience more than only teaching entrepreneur- ship knowledge. Therefore, based on “experimental learning” theory and from the perspective of the communist youth league which is the main part of implementing colleges ' experimental education, this paper, combined with entrepreneurship theory research and prac- tical experience for many years, has constructed colleges students' entrepreneurship education mode of “five in one”, which includes to take popularizing entrepreneurship knowledge as the premise, to take entrepreneurship observation and experience as the forerunner, to take planning entrepreneurship competition and simulating entrepreneurship as the platform, to take entrepreneurship training as the carrier, and to take enhancing theories as the core. In addition, smooth docking mechanism of entrepreneurship resource, entrepre- neurship teaching staff of “double - teacher mode” with combination of professional ones and unprofessional ones and scientific and ef- fective evaluation system of entrepreneurship education will be helpful to ensure effective operation of entrepreneurship mode and then enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of college students' entrepreneurship education.
