大量研究表明联盟网络对新创企业绩效提升具有重要的积极作用，但已有研究较少探讨联盟网络提升新创企业绩效的内在机理。整合社会网络理论与资源基础观，以高科技新创企业为研究对象，构建联盟网络、资源整合以及新创企业绩效之间的理论模型，以期打开联盟网络作用于新创企业绩效的黑箱。利用182家中国高科技新创企业的问卷调查数据，综合运用层级线性回归和结构方程建模等方法开展实证检验。研究结果表明，构建强关系联盟网络对新创企业绩效具有显著的促进作用，占据联盟网络的中心性位置对新创企业绩效具有显著的促进作用；联盟网络关系强度和中心性位置都正向影响新创企业资源整合活动；资源整合在联盟网络与新创企业绩效关系中发挥中介作用。研究结论就联盟网络如何影响新创企业绩效的内在机制给出理论阐释，椎动联盟网络与新创企业绩效关系研究向过程视角进一步拓展和深化，对中国高科技新创企业通过实施联盟网络战略实现优异绩效具有重要的启示。

In recent years, in order to deal with the uncertainty of the external environment, more and more new ventures con- struct strategic alliance network for their survival and growth. Scholars worldwide have also done quite a few theoretical and em- pirical studies on the effect of alliance network on the new venture performance, yet not a consistent conclusion has been achieved so far. It is commonly believed that alliance network assists to enhance new ventures performance while some scholars also hold that the impact of alliance network on the new venture performance is not so positive as majority assume. In order to reconcile the inconsistency of existing research findings, this paper integrates the social network theory and resource based view and constructs the conceptual model of the relationships among alliance network, resource combination and new venture performance to revel the impact mechanism of alliance network on new venture performance. In order to validate the theoretical model proposed, this paper takes new technology ventures as the research object and compre- hensively applies the linear regression and structural equation models to conduct empirical analysis based on the questionnaire survey data of 182 new technology ventures from the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta region. The empirical results in- dicate that：（~）alliance network has a significant positive impact on the performance of new technology ventures. Specifically, constructing strong relationship network has significantly promoting role on the performance of new technology ventures. Moreo- ver, occupying the central position of alliance network has significantly positive impact on the performance of new technology ven- ture. ~）Alliance network has significantly positive impact on the resource combination of new technology venture. （~）Resource combination plays an intermediary role on the relationship between alliance network and the performance of new technology ven- tures. This paper contributes to the current literature on resource based view and social network theory in following aspects：（~）This study found that both the tie strength and central position of alliance network have significantly positive impacts on the resource combination of new venture. The finding deepens our understanding of the dynamic resource management process of new ventures and expands the application of the resource based theory in entrepreneurship research. It therefore provides certain reference for further research on dynamic resource management. ~）This study also verifies the mediating role of resource combination on the relationship between alliance network and new venture performance through integrating social network theory and resource based view. It further reveals the internal impact mechanism of alliance network on the new venture performance as well as deepens our understanding to the impact mechanism of network embeddedness.
