西南各少数民族由于生存发展的需要,在与丰富多样的生态环境进行非遍历性博弈或融突和合中形成并积淀了大量深厚的对生态环境进行保护的环境习惯法,其为护佑西南民族地区的绿水青山与和谐生态环境长期发挥着重要的基础作用,是一种良好的本土资源。即便在＂宏大叙事＂的国家制定法占据着统治地位的今天,繁复多样的少数民族环境习惯对从＂国家法＂外调动有益民间法资源共同促进生态文明的建设更有着不可替代的＂主体性＂和＂行为性＂价值。
