with the deepening of reform and opening up and development, Tibet area enterprises to speed up the strategy of ＂going out＂ the pace of implementation, the overseas market share continue to improve, increasing the scale and scope of investment. Tibet area of foreign direct investment in the industrial structure optimization, laid a solid foundation for the healthy development of the economy. This paper first analysis of the characteristics of foreign direct investment enterprises in Tibet area, and then analyze the foreign direct investment of Tibet area the plight of enterprises, last path selection of foreign direct investment enterprise in Tibet area.
