本文概述了图书馆知识服务的发展现状,针对图书馆知识服务可能存在的知识产权问题,从知识服务与知识产权保护的矛盾冲突分析、知识服务中可能存在的侵权行为和引致知识产权问题的风险因素等3个方面进行了分析,并由此提出要有效应对知识服务中可能存在的知识产权风险和问题,可从3个方面加以应对：一是加强知识服务内环境的“净化”管理;二是加强知识服务过程中的风险管理;三是积极寻求法律许可和合理使用.

This paper summarized the current situation of the development of library knowledge service, according to issue of the intellectual property rights in library knowledge service, made an analysis from three aspects, that included the analysis of the confliction of knowledge services and intellectual property protection, knowledge service might exist in tort and cause the prob- lem of intellectual property risk factors, and put forward to answer the possible existence of risk and problem in knowledge service, could be dealt with from the following three aspects： one was to strengthen the knowledge service environment in the ＂purification＂ management; two was to strengthen the risk management in the process of knowledge service; three was actively seeking legal li- cense and fair use.
