本文通过对现有文献的研究分析,结合本馆机构知识库的建设推广实践,提出了一系列关于IR营销推广的策略和机制的设想,同时对著作权维护等问题也进行了研究.籍此,能够长期有效的推广机构知识库,促进学者之间的交流,展示和推广高校的学术资源和学术成果,为学术研究与交流服务,也为提高其学术声誉和影响力做出了积极地贡献.

Based on the research and analysis of existing literature, combining with the practice of the cotrstruction and pro- motion of our library institutional repository, this article put forward a series of assumption about IR marketing strategy and mecha- nism, meanwhile for the maintenance issues such as copyright is studied.
