资源型企业在国民经济中有重要地位,但在生产过程中易浪费资源、破坏环境,在“两型”社会建设和生态文明建设背景下。资源型企业必须要绿色发展。本文采用问卷调查的形式对资源型企业绿色行为及影响因素状态进行研究,研究结果表明:小总体而言。资源型企业有一定的绿色意识,比较重视生产过程控制、管理制度的规范,但还存在一些问题,如环保制度的建设和执行还有待提高、员工绿惫意识及相关技能有待增强、绿色技术创新的投入和产出明显不足、环保专业人才缺失较为严重等。叠资源型企业绿色行为与绿色认知、资源能力、合作预期、社会网络呈显著正相关,这些因素具体情况为:资源型企业对政府规制和公众意识的变化趋势及企业的社会责任有深刻的理解,但对绿色发展的必要性认识还存在不足;企业绿色发展中在信息、技术、人才、资金等方面都感到不足,特别是资金不足将成为企业绿色发展的瓶颈;对影响企妲绿色行为收益的各方合作的预期还比较正面,但这些占比还不高;企业与各类组织建立了较为广泛的联系,且关系较为稳定,但企业网络主要体现为垂直型网络。绿色认知不到位、资源能力的不足、合作预期不高、社会网络结构较为单一,一定程度上影响了资源型企业绿色行为。因此,政府要根据资源型企业绿色发展中存在的问题及影响因素,针对性采取相关的政策措施,从而提高企业绿色认知,增强企业绿色发展的积极性和主动性。

Resource-based enterprises have an important palace in national economy, but they often waste resources and damage the environment in the process of production. Under the background of the construction of two-oriented society and ecological civilization, the resource-based enterprises have to pursue green development. This paper studied resource-based enterprises' green behavior and its influencing factors with the method of questionnaire survey, the results shows as follows : (~) In general, resource-based enterprises have a certain degree of green consciousness, and pay much attention to the control of production process and the specification of management system, but they still have some problems on the construction and implementation of the system of environmental protection, green consciousness and related skills of employee, green technology innovation input and output, environmental professionals and so on; (~) Resource-based enterprise green behavior is significantly positively related to green cognition, resource competence, cooperation expectation and social network, in detail, resource-based enterprises have a deep understanding of change trend of government regulation and public awareness and corporate social responsibility, but they don' t know enough things about the necessity of green development. They lack information, technology, talent, capital for green development, especially the lack of funds has become a bottleneck of enterprise green development. The factor of cooperation expectation influencing the earnings of enterprise green behavior is positive, but the proportion is not high. The enterprises set up extensive relationship with organizations, it is relatively stable, while enterprise social network is mainly vertical. The lack of green cognition, resource competence, cooperation expectation and the single social network structure all have some negative effect on resource-based enterprise green behavior. Therefore, in view of these problems and factors, the govemment should take relevant policy measures to improve enterprise green awareness, solve the problem of enterprise resource ability, and enhance enthusiasm and initiative of enterprise green development.
