随着我国自主创新战略的逐步实施,科技活动将更加活跃,针对科技成果的评估将显得愈发重要。本文在系统梳理美国、英国和日本等国科技成果评估丰富经验的基础上,归纳总结了我国科技评估现状和存在的问题,提出优化我国科技评估政策的对策和保障措施。
隨著我國自主創新戰略的逐步實施,科技活動將更加活躍,針對科技成果的評估將顯得愈髮重要。本文在繫統梳理美國、英國和日本等國科技成果評估豐富經驗的基礎上,歸納總結瞭我國科技評估現狀和存在的問題,提齣優化我國科技評估政策的對策和保障措施。

With the implementation of China＇s self-dependent innovation strategy, the scientific and technological ac- tivities will be more active, and the assessment of scientific and technological achievements will become increasingly important. Based on reviewing the experience of assessment of scientific and technological achievements in America, Britain and Japan, the paper systematically summarizes the situation and problems of China＇ s science and technology as- sessment and puts forward some measures to optimize the policy of science and technology assessment in China.
