文章通过对环渤海经济圈52个地级市1993-2013年的实际利用外资数据分析，发现我国环渤海经济圈的外资中心收敛态势和空间溢出性十分显著。具体而言，河北、北京、内蒙古和山西的各城市以天津为中心逐步收敛，山东半岛则收敛于青岛。作为中心城市的天津和青岛呈现双足鼎立的局势，天津对环渤海经济圈的北部和西南地区具有显著的外资空间外溢性，而青岛的辐射范围则主要涵盖山东半岛和辽东半岛的大连等。整个环渤海经济圈的外资中心收敛和空间外溢性具有显著的时空衰减性，且滞后效应显著。

Based on an analysis of the actual use of foreign investment of 52 cities at prefecture-level in the Bohai Economic Rim from 1993 to 2013, the study discovers the significant trend of central convergence and spatial spillovers of foreign investment. Specifically, the cities in Hebei, Beijing, Inner Mongolia and Shanxi gradually converge into Tianjin whereas Qingdao is the converging target of the cities in Shandong Peninsula. Tianjin and Qingdao expose as the double-core in the Bohai Economic Rim. Furthermore, the study detects the significant spatial spillovers of foreign investment of Tianjin to the north and southeast of the Rim while the radiation scope of Qingdao mainly focuses on the Shandong Peninsula and Dalian in Liaodong Peninsula. Both the central convergence and spatial spillovers of foreign investment of the entire Rim decay significantly as time and distance increasing,as well as the prominent lag effect.
