融入云环境下的电子商务物流可以有效解决当前物流中存在的成本高、速度慢、服务质量低下等问题,进而推动电子商务发展。在阐述云环境下电子商务物流概念及特征的基础上,研究了云计算对我国电子商务物流发展的重要性、美国电子商务物流企业发展经验及我国电子商务物流发展中存在的主要问题,最后提出了云环境下我国电子商务物流发展模式。

Cloud logistics by building cloud services platform, the logistics of all aspects of information sharing platform, and high speed to finish all aspects of logistics activities. Integration of e-commerce logistics cloud environment can actively integrate into the cloud environment to solve the existing logistics high cost, time, quality of service is not high, to promote the develop- ment of electronic commerce. In this paper, calculation of important significance to our country electronic commerce logistics in the basic concepts of electronic commerce logistics and cloud, learn from advanced experience of foreign countries under the cloud environment, cloud environment analysis of China＇s e-commerce logistics model, and analysis of existing e-commerce logistics development in the cloud environment problems aud prospects for development.
