基于我国各省份以分割市场的方式追求经济增长的特征事实,本文利用1998-2007年中国工业企业数据库的微观数据和省级面板数据,通过对总量生产率的分解来构造省级资源配置效率的度量指标,根据相对价格法估算各地区的市场分割指数,实证分析市场分割对资源配置效率的影响机制。研究发现：我国市场的分割程度不断降低,市场分割与资源的配置效率显著负相关,这表明市场分割的发展策略是以扭曲资源配置为代价促进经济增长。

This paper empirically analyzes the effect mechanism of market segmentation on allocation efficiency of re- sources based on the fact that governments take market segmentation strategy in economic development. By employing Chinese industry survey micro data 1998 -2007, and provincial panel data, the paper builds the measure index of pro- vincial allocation efficiency of resources by decomposing the aggregate productivity and estimating index of market segre- gation following price index method. The results show that the domestic market is being integrated and the market seg- mentation strategy has a negative effect on the allocation, which shows market segmentation strategy promotes economic growth at the cost of misallocation.
