本文从博弈论视角构建农民专业合作社与银行讨价还价模型，通过案例解析农民专业合作社担保对农户小额信贷合绮的影响。研究发现，与单个农户相比，农民专业合作社和银行合约谈判议价能力明显提高，加入合作社的农户分享了合作社议价带来的好处；基于农民专业合作社担保的贷款项目有效降低了小额信贷风险，使银行在降低信贷门槛的同时扩大信贷供给，推动了农户和农村金融机构之间的有效合作。

This paper first constructs a theoretical bargaining model based on farmers cooperative from the perspective of game theory, and then analyzes the C County case. We find that with the participation of farmers cooperative, the bargaining power of farmers become stronger. Farmers who participate in the cooperative share the benefits of bargaining. The projects based on farmers cooperative reduce credit risk and expand effective supply of rural bank. Therefore the C County pattern is beneficial for the effective cooperation between farmers and rural banks.
