在互联网时代,对从事在线学习辅导工作的辅导教师而言,基于学习过程记录开展在线教学的反思以不断改进在线教学这一做法不仅是可能的也是必要的。文章选取基于Moodle平台的在线课程为样本,应用学习分析技术,从一位辅导教师的视角,开展基于学习过程记录的在线教学的反思研究。研究表明,学习分析技术在辅助教师开展在线教学反思是有效的,具体表现为:(1)通过师生群体平台访问行为分析,可帮助辅导教师重温整个在线教学过程,弥补了师生分离状态下辅导教师难以了解全班活动的不足。(2)通过师生交互论坛分析,可帮助辅导教师聚焦重点教学活动,并可实现比面授教学活动更为精确的分析。

In the internet era, it is possible and necessary for tutors who engage in online teaching launch reflective online teaching based on learning process to continuously improve online teaching. Based on the sample of Moodle online course, online teaching reflection according to learning process from the perspective of tutors is conducted by employing learning anal)tics, exploring a new form of teaching reflection. Research indicates that learning anal)tics is effective in supporting tutors' reflections on interactive online teaching and learning. Firstly, analysis on tutors' and learners' behaviors happening on LMS can help tutors grasp the full picture of learners' development situation in an online course. Secondly, the analysis on interactive forums can help tutors focus on key teaching and learning activities, and achieve a more accurate analysis in contrast with face-to-face teaching activities.
