大数据时代的到来为教育带来了一场新变革,数字化学习产生了数量庞大、形式多样的教育数据。传统的数据处理方式难以分析和处理这些非结构化、半结构化的教育大数据,迫切需要引入一种有效的技术方法。同时,发展性评价作为新型的评价方式,其＂关注个体差异,注重多元评价＂的理念,适应了数字化学习评价的时代要求。结合全数据采集、知识增值可视化、个性化评价等理念,文章构建了大数据支持的数字化学习发展性评价系统,并对各子系统的功能和内容进行了系统化设计,最后对该系统的工作流程进行了分析。

The arrival of the big data era has brought a new revolution for education. E-Learning produces a large number of various forms of data. The traditional data processing was difficult to analyze the increasing unstructured data and semi-structured data and it is urgent to find an effective method to deal with these big data. Meanwhile, the developmental assessment as a new type of educational evaluation method meets the requirements of the E-Learning evaluation with the conceive of attention to individual difference and multidimensional evaluation. Combined with the concept of full data collection, value-added knowledge visualization, and personalized evaluation, the research builds the developmental assessment system for E-Learning supported by big data, and introduces the function, contents of each subsystem in detail, and makes a careful analysis of the work flow of the system.
