大学组织内部治理是指大学人在处理各种关系中采用不同的方法完成组织使命和履行组织功能的过程。随着深化教育领域综合改革的推进,内部治理体系的完善和治理能力的提升是影响我国大学组织创新发展的关键方面。要破解大学内部治理之谜,有必要从人、关系和方法三个维度去考察。人的维度是核心,关系维度是纽带,方法维度是手段。大学内部治理决策的形成与执行,始终受大学人的制约;大学内部关系是一个错综复杂的网络,大学内部治理就是要从这个网络中寻求策略;治理方法的选择应当以人为中心,关照人的利益诉求,同时理顺各种关系,使大学内部治理更加有效。

The internal governance of university organization is the process that university persons use different approaches to complete organization mission and functions while handling all kinds of relations. With the promotion of deepening comprehensive reform in education field, the improvement of internal governance system and governance ability is the key to influence the innovation development of Chinese university organization. To crack the perplexity of university internal governance, it is necessary to inspect from three dimensions of person, relation and approach. On the whole, person dimension is the core, relation dimension is the bond, and approach dimension is the means. The internal governance decision-making and performance of university all along are restricted by university person. We should search tactics from the complex internal relation network of university. We should put the person in the center and pay attention to the interest pursuit of individual. Meanwhile, we should disentangle all kinds of relations to make the internal governance of university be more effective.
