以鄂尔多斯市核心区为研究区域,对城市景观空间格局特征进行分析研究,并对其生态安全管理模式进行了优化构建,研究结果表明：鄂尔多斯市核心区城市平面景观轮廓呈狭长形空间结构形态,是由居住用地、公共设施用地、交通设施用地及绿地四类景观斑块为主体构成的镶嵌体;城市空间格局紧凑度相对较低,城市建设布局松散,土地利用结构不够合理;整个城市景观功能的连接度减弱,生态网络构成不完善,导致城市的整体发展不均衡、不协调。城市景观空间格局生态安全管理模式主要包括：构建＂过渡区-缓冲区-核心区-缓冲区＂的生态安全模式;构建＂一环多核六线＂的生态廊道体系;对生态节点进行重点保护和合理规划。
