基于“2012连氏中国城市公共服务质量调查”项目,对我国城市公共交通满意度现状进行了分析,发现34个城市的公共交通公众满意度存在较大差异。构建了HLM(多层线性模型),从城市层面的因素(含人均GDP、人均公共交通财政支出、公共交通财政支出水平等)、受访市民的个人因素(含年龄段、性别、职业等)两个层面解释影响34个城市公共交通满意度差异的因素,发现受访市民的年龄段、学历、收入、居住时间、职业、单位性质等变量对公共交通满意度有显著的正向或负向影响(P〈0.05),对满意度在城市间差异的解释能力比较强,而城市层面的因素对满意度在城市间差异的解释能力不强。最后,从多元化投人机制、宏观战略规划、绩效考核机制等方面提出了对策建议。

In this paper, the situation of public satisfaction with transportation in 34 cities is analyzed based on 2012 lien public service quality survey for Chinese cities firstly. There is a big difference among 34 cities' public satisfaction. It enquires the influence of city-level variables ( including GDP per capita, per capita public expenditure on public transportation, public transportation expenditure level, et al. ) as well as that of cltizen-level variables ( including age group, gender, occupation, et al. ) on citizens' satisfaction by setting up Hierarchical Linear Model. The result shows that the citlzen-level variables ( such as age group, education, length of residence, income, occupation, et al. ) can significantly explain the vafiance in satisfaction among cities( p 〈0.05), but the city-level variables can't explain it though they have significant impact on citizens' satisfaction. Finally, relevant suggestions are put forward from the following perspective: diversified investment mechanism, strategic planning, performance evaluation mechanism.
