以知识团队为研究对象，考察了时间个性差异对任务冲突及团队创新的影响机制。研究结果表明：时间认知特征差异能够促进任务冲突及团队创新，而时间情感特征差异则对任务冲突及团队创新具有消极作用；任务冲突能够促进团队创新程度，但对创新速度存在负面影响；任务冲突在时间认知特征差异与团队创新间发挥中介作用。
以知識糰隊為研究對象，攷察瞭時間箇性差異對任務遲突及糰隊創新的影響機製。研究結果錶明：時間認知特徵差異能夠促進任務遲突及糰隊創新，而時間情感特徵差異則對任務遲突及糰隊創新具有消極作用；任務遲突能夠促進糰隊創新程度，但對創新速度存在負麵影響；任務遲突在時間認知特徵差異與糰隊創新間髮揮中介作用。

This paper investigates the mechanism of time personality diversity affect task conflict and team innovation. The results show that temporal cognitive characteristic diversity can promote task conflict and team innovation, while temporal emotional characteristic diversity has a negative impact on these two variables; Task conflict can promote innovation degree, but has a negative impact on innovation speed; Task conflict plays an role of mediation between temporal cognitive characteristic diversity and team innovation.
