通过引入成员间的合作与竞争关系和组织内部人员调动，扩展了现有的探索与利用多主体仿真模型，分析成员间的竞争强度和组织内部人员调动对组织知识水平的影响。仿真结果发现：竞争强度对组织知识水平的影响呈倒U型，竞争强度较高的组织需要学习能力强的个体，竞争强度较弱的组织需要学习能力适中的个体。人员调动可以提高组织知识水平，特别是在竞争强度较高的情况下更明显。
通過引入成員間的閤作與競爭關繫和組織內部人員調動，擴展瞭現有的探索與利用多主體倣真模型，分析成員間的競爭彊度和組織內部人員調動對組織知識水平的影響。倣真結果髮現：競爭彊度對組織知識水平的影響呈倒U型，競爭彊度較高的組織需要學習能力彊的箇體，競爭彊度較弱的組織需要學習能力適中的箇體。人員調動可以提高組織知識水平，特彆是在競爭彊度較高的情況下更明顯。

This paper expands the models of exploration and exploitation by introducing cooperation and competition among members and personnel transfer. The results show that competitive intensity has an inverted U-shaped impact on the level of organization knowledge; The organization with higher competitive intensity needs individuals of higher learning ability, while the organization with lower competition intensity needs individuals of moderate learning ability. Besides, personnel transfer can improve the level of organization knowledge, especially when the competitive intensity is high.
