运用层级回归方法对35家企业608份问卷调查数据进行实证研究。结果表明:道德领导力对下属公平感知、工作满意度、组织承诺以及组织公民行为具有正向影响;公平感知对下属工作满意度、组织承诺和组织公民行为具有正向影响;公平感知在道德领导力与下属工作满意度和组织公民行为的关系中发挥了部分中介作用。

This paper uses hierarchical regression to carry out empirical study based on the 35 enterprises of 608 questionnaires received data. The result shows that : Ethical leadership is positively correlated to justice perception, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior; justice perception is positively correlated to job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior; justice perception plays partly mediating effects in the relationships between ethical leadership and job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior.
