随着我国经济发展和国民收入提高,我国旅游服务贸易持续增长,旅游服务贸易由长期的顺差变成了逆差。传统的国际贸易比较优势理论和国际生产折衷理论能够较好解释国际旅游服务贸易的产生。对于当前的旅游服务贸易逆差我们应该理性看待,要采取促进旅游企业＂走出去＂和提升国内旅游服务业竞争力的措施,扩大我国服务贸易的出口,促进我国旅游服务贸易的可持续发展。

With the development of China＇s economy and improvement of the national income, travelling service trade has been growing continually and the travelling service trade has changed from the long -term surplus into deficit. The traditional international trade theory - comparative advantage and the eclectic theory of international production can account for international traveling service trade. Regarding the current deficit of traveling service trade j we should rationally viewt and effective measures should be taken, such as encouraging traveling enterprises ＂gonging out＂, promoting competitiveness of domestic traveling service industry and expanding exportation of trade in service, so as to boost the sustainable development of traveling service trade in our country.
