21世纪随着我国劳动力资源配置的进程,"80后"新生代员工渐渐走上了企业经营活动的重要舞台。关于如何激励"80后"新生代员工工作绩效的研究受到了广泛关注。成就动机作为一种主要的社会动机,是推动个人在达成目标的过程中所产生的一种内部推动力,它影响着"80后"员工的潜能和努力程度,因而它必将直接或者间接影响工作绩效。本研究在梳理成就动机、自我效能感及工作绩效现有文献的基础上,引入中介变量自我效能来探索其对成就动机与工作绩效的传递机制,并探讨自我效能感在成就动机与创新绩效关系之间的调节作用。
21世紀隨著我國勞動力資源配置的進程,"80後"新生代員工漸漸走上瞭企業經營活動的重要舞檯。關于如何激勵"80後"新生代員工工作績效的研究受到瞭廣汎關註。成就動機作為一種主要的社會動機,是推動箇人在達成目標的過程中所產生的一種內部推動力,它影響著"80後"員工的潛能和努力程度,因而它必將直接或者間接影響工作績效。本研究在梳理成就動機、自我效能感及工作績效現有文獻的基礎上,引入中介變量自我效能來探索其對成就動機與工作績效的傳遞機製,併探討自我效能感在成就動機與創新績效關繫之間的調節作用。

In twenty - first Century, with China ' s labor resource allocation process, "an important stage for 80 after the" new generation employees gradually on the business activities of enterprises. Research on how to motivate the "after 80" Neozoic employee job performance has been widely concerned. As a major social motivation, a- chievement motivation, is to promote an internal force produced by an individual in the pursuit of goals, it affects the "80 after" the potential of employees and the level of effort, so it will directly or indirectly affect job perform- ance. The study on the basis of achievement motivation, self - efficacy and job performance in the existing litera- ture, the introduction of an intermediary variable self - efficacy to explore the achievement motivation and job per- formance of the transmission mechanism, and to explore self - efficacy moderating role in the relationship between achievement motivation and innovation performance.
