当下我国体育文化产业在文化产业总体规模中所占比重偏小,从性质层面上厘清了体育文化产业的广义性和狭义性;观念性和经济性;统一性和融合性.并指出在市场经济体制的不断深化与文化体制改革的不断推进中,制约体育文化产业发展的瓶颈主要有管理模式守旧、品牌特色欠缺、创意人才短缺、资本投入不足等限制因子,藉此提出完善管理体制、打造行业品牌、强化人才培养、拓展融资渠道等生态化发展策略,使体育文化产业正能量得以顺利释放,并逐步成长为服务社会大众、传播体育精神的新型产业.

At present, our country sports culture industry accounts for a small proportion of cultural industry overall scale, the article expounds the nature of the generalization and narrow sense, ideal and efficiency, unity and fusion of sports culture in- dustry. With the market economy system unceasing deepening and culture organizational reform unceasing advancement, sports culture industry development bottleneck mainly has management pattern conservatively, brand characteristic deficiency, creativity talented person shortage, and capital investment insufficiency limit factors and so on. And also proposes ecology development strategies of consummating management system, making profession brand, strengthening personnel training, and developing financing channel and so on, enables sports culture industry energy to release smoothly, and grows gradually to a new industry which services social populace and disseminates sports spirit.
