随着区域经济合作与“丝绸之路经济带”建设的逐步推进,中哈两国涉外民商事关系进入快速发展时期.我方当事人有必要了解哈国调整涉外民商事关系的国际私法冲突规范①的相关内容,以更好地保护自身合法权益.在区域经济一体化的趋势下,哈国有必要修改其冲突规范中的保守性规定.在中哈区域经济合作的发展进程中,我方当事人应充分利用国际私法相关规则,在对外民商事交往中最大限度地维护已方权益.

The international civil and commercial relationship between China and Kazakstan has entered a new flourishingand developmental period. In order to protect parties in China efficiently, they should study the Private International Law of Ka-zakstan which governs the civil and commercial relations with foreign elements. However, with the rapid development of interna-tional integration and regional economic cooperation in Central Asia,the inherent conservation of Kazakstan＇ s Private InternationalLaw would affect the success of the regional economic cooperation between the two countries and the position of Kazakstan in theinternational economy. Parties in China should use the rules of the Private International Law to protect their rights.
