本文基于面板数据,重点分析了科研经费投入结构对国家创新的贡献。结果表明,政府和企业科技投入对科研产出的具有显著的贡献,政府科技投入对科技创新的贡献最大,企业科技投入次之,研发人员全时当量对科技创新的贡献最低,银行科技贷款对科研创新的贡献不显著,其占科技投入的比例也在逐年下降,深层次暴露了科技金融体系中存在的一些问题。
本文基于麵闆數據,重點分析瞭科研經費投入結構對國傢創新的貢獻。結果錶明,政府和企業科技投入對科研產齣的具有顯著的貢獻,政府科技投入對科技創新的貢獻最大,企業科技投入次之,研髮人員全時噹量對科技創新的貢獻最低,銀行科技貸款對科研創新的貢獻不顯著,其佔科技投入的比例也在逐年下降,深層次暴露瞭科技金融體繫中存在的一些問題。

Based on the panel data, this paper analyzed mainly the contribution of scientific fund investment structure to national innovation. The results of research indicate that the governmental and corporate investment has a significant contribution to scientific output and the contribution to scientific innovation is maximized by governmental scientific investment, seconded by corporate scientific investment and minimized by the full - time equivalent of the researchers. However, the bank scientific loan has an insignificant contribution to scientific innovation and its proportion in scientific investment is declining annually. The decline exposes deeply some problems existed in the scientific financial system.
