作为当代哲学一个重要的理论成果,话语实践思想为解决教育理论不能融入日常教育实践的问题提供了一条现实的路径,即通过把教育理论转化为教育实践领域的话语可以实现教育理论对教育实践的整体建构。在参与教育实践领域的话语实践中,教育理论可以建构教育实践的意义、活动、身份、关系、名利分配、联系、符号系统与知识等要素,从而在根本上实现对教育实践中"谁"和"做什么"两个核心方面的确定。为推动教育理论进入教育实践的话语空间,教育理论的实践应用者需要把教育理论转换成不同版本的语体,把教育理论转换成具有话语内涵的各种符号,在教育理论话语中引用经典文本,组织有关教育理论的对话与写作。

The complete realization of educational theory needs its application in educational practice. In the process of the application of educational theory, the problem that educational theory can't be integrated into educational practice indicates that educational theory demands an efficient mechanism into educational practice. As an important theoretical achievement in modern philosophy, the approach of discourse practice provides an actual path by which educational theory can be integrated into educational practice. This path means that educational theory can construct educational practice completely by transforming educational theory into the discourse in the field of educational practice. In the process of participating in discourse practice in the field of educational practice, educational theory can construct significance, activities, identities, relationships, politics, connections, sign systems and knowledge in educational practice, which can confirm "who" and "what to do" in educational practice. To promote educational theory to enter the discourse space of educational practice, practical users of educational theory must transform the theory into different versions of language styles and into various symbols with discourse connotation, cite classical texts in educational theory as discourse, and organize dialogue and writing on educational theory.
