近年来随着工业化、信息化、城镇化的不断深入推进,农业正处于由传统向现代转型的关键时期。然而,农业资源偏紧和农村生态环境持续恶化的制约日益凸显,农业要实现现代化,必须立足农村生态环境现状,从可持续发展的角度出发,走农业现代化与生态环境保护协同发展的道路。基于此背景,以2013年四川省21个市(州)农业、农村发展相关数据为样本,构建四川省农业现代化建设与农村生态环境保护耦合协调度模型,并通过Arc GIS软件对计算结果进行可视化输出。模型计算结果表明,四川省21个市(州)农业现代化建设与农村生态环境保护之间的协调性存在很大差异,成都市、雅安市属于高效协同发展型,广安市、达州市、巴中市属于失调发展型,其余16个市州属于低效协同发展型。

With the in-depth advancing of industrialization, urbanization and informatization, agricul-ture is in the key period of transition from a traditional development mode to a modern mode. However, thelimitation of lagging agricultural resources and continuously deteriorating rural ecological environment arebecoming more and more obvious. To realize agricultural modernization, we have to take the present statusof rural ecological environment into account, choose the road of collaborative development between agricul-tural modernization and rural ecological environment on the basis of sustainable thought. On the basis of cur-rent situation, this paper used the relative data of agricultural and rural development from 21 cities andstates in Sichuan Province, and constructed the coupling coordination model between agricultural moderniza-tion and rural ecological environment protection in Sichuan Province, at the same time, using the Arc GISsoftware calculation results of visual output. The result showed that there was a big difference on coordina-tion between agricultural modernization and rural ecological environment protection among 21 cities andstates in Sichuan Province, Chengdu City and Ya’an City belonged to the efficient collaborative developmenttype, Guang’an City, Dazhou City and Bazhong City belonged to the imbalanced type, while other 18 citiesand states belonged to inefficient collaborative development type.
