本文从微观产品的视角研究了贸易政策不确定性对中国出口企业的产品创新的影响，进一步从不同所有制、贸易方式和进入退出等异质性企业的角度进行了考察，并且检验了不同时间和不同出口目的地贸易政策不确定性影响的差异。结果表明：入世后贸易政策不确定性的降低显著提高了中国出口企业的产品创新，在贸易自由化的基础上，贸易政策不确定性促进创新的影响效果将更加明显，贸易政策不确定性对外资企业、加工贸易和进入企业的影响较大，同时，贸易政策不确定性的影响具有时滞性，中国出口企业的创新能力在入世后不断增强，最后，中国需要重视与发达国家之间贸易政策的不确定性。

The paper researches the impact of trade policy uncertainty on Chi- nese export enterprises＇ product innovation. The impact is further studied from the perspectives of the heterogeneous enterprises of different types of ownership, trade modes and entry or exit attributes. On this basis, this paper tests the differ- ence in the impact of trade policy uncertainty at different times and with varied export destinations. The results show that China＇ s entry into WTO, which signif- icantly reduced its policy uncertainty, has boosted Chinese export enterprises＇ product innovation. Supposedly, following deepened trade liberalization, the effect of the decline in trade policy uncertainty is likely to become more significant as trade policy uncertainty has a relatively large effect on foreign enterprises, pro- cessing trade and entry firms. Meanwhile, as the effect of trade policy uncertain- ty has a time lag, China should pay close attention to the uncertainty of its trade policies with developed countries.
