罗尔斯将平等的自由原则以及机会的公正平等原则和差别原则的结合作为实现正义的两个原则。我们根据人的同一性和差异性,将正义原则概括为同一性原则和差异性原则,认为正义是基于同一性正义和差异性正义相协同的协同正义。并以此运用于分配领域,分析和解决城乡基本公共服务均等化问题,认为同一性正义是其价值旨归,差异性正义是其必要限制和有益补充。

The equal principles of freedom and the combination of the principles of fairness and equality for opportunity and the principles of difference are regard by Rawls as the two principles to realize freedom. And according to human identity and otherness, these two principles are sumMagized as the consistency principle and diversity？ principle of justice. From this point of view,justice can be considered as the coop- erative justice on the basis of identical justice and divergent justice. Then it is applied to the distribution field to analyze and solve problems of the balanced supplying of basic public service for urban and rural areas,in which the identical justice is value-oriented, while the divergent justice is a necessary limit and beneficial complement.
