Innovation community is defined and based on model of SECI, the process of knowledge innovation in user virtual community is subscribed. Taking into account of knowledge innovation and characteristics of user behavior in the internet environment, a value chain model of knowledge innovation based on user virtual community is established to study support activities and basis activities of knowledge innovation respectively. Beijing Xiaomi Science and Technology Co. ,Ltd, for example, indicates the specific procedures and measures based on knowledge innovation model of company in user innovation community.
