在不确定性经营环境下,创新是企业保持竞争力和自我更新的基础。作为创新领域的关键概念,创新能力的内涵在学者中还缺乏共识,因而在一定程度上制约了该理论的发展。通过对创新能力文献的系统梳理,将学者们的观点归纳为技术管理、知识管理、战略、动态能力、营销与组织等6个视角。其中,前4个视角得到相对广泛的关注,而后两个视角则是有关创新能力研究的重要补充。在分析和比较6个研究视角的基础上,提出了创新能力未来研究的方向。

Under the background of fast developing social economy and quickly changing external business envtronment, renovation is becoming an increasingly important factor, which, for the companies, is an important foundation to sustainably develop and maintain the competitiveness. However, for the concept of innovation capability, there are no a common defi- nition, and diverse understandings for them with different focus. Therefore, in order to strengthen the understanding of innovation and innovation capability, this article adopt the way of qualitative, which is that making a literature review through reading lots of relevant literatures and classifying them into six categories, the first two of which received scholar＇ s more attention. Based on the analysis of the literature, this article points out the prospects of future innovation capability research.
