2010年教育部开始在全国高校推行卓越人才计划,如何在培养英语卓越人才的过程中实现差异化竞争,而不是重蹈＂同质化＂的覆辙,成为现实的命题。为达此培养目标,高校英语专业应着力优化基于应用能力的专业课程体系和考评方式,进行跨学科专业群建设以实现教学资源共享和校内外协同育人,推行课外学习学分化以激发学生创新能力,组办卓越实验班以践行＂应用型＂、＂精英化＂和＂个性化＂的育人理念,从而培养造就应用型卓越英语人才。
2010年教育部開始在全國高校推行卓越人纔計劃,如何在培養英語卓越人纔的過程中實現差異化競爭,而不是重蹈＂同質化＂的覆轍,成為現實的命題。為達此培養目標,高校英語專業應著力優化基于應用能力的專業課程體繫和攷評方式,進行跨學科專業群建設以實現教學資源共享和校內外協同育人,推行課外學習學分化以激髮學生創新能力,組辦卓越實驗班以踐行＂應用型＂、＂精英化＂和＂箇性化＂的育人理唸,從而培養造就應用型卓越英語人纔。
2010년교육부개시재전국고교추행탁월인재계화,여하재배양영어탁월인재적과정중실현차이화경쟁,이불시중도＂동질화＂적복철,성위현실적명제。위체차배양목표,고교영어전업응착력우화기우응용능력적전업과정체계화고평방식,진행과학과전업군건설이실현교학자원공향화교내외협동육인,추행과외학습학분화이격발학생창신능력,조판탁월실험반이천행＂응용형＂、＂정영화＂화＂개성화＂적육인이념,종이배양조취응용형탁월영어인재。
With the carrying out of Outstanding Talent Plan in Higher Education of the Ministry of Education of PRC （MOE）, it has been a pressing and practical issue to realize in the process of outstanding talents cultivation the target of diversity rather than assimilation. To achieve this, this paper calls for English major optimizing the application-oriented curriculum system and testing modes, constructing a practical cross-disciplinary specialty group to achieve resource sharing and cooperative education, implementing academic credit of extracurricular activities to motivate college students＇ innovativeness, and organizing experimental classes to put the applicative, elitist and personalized education into practice so as to cultivate outstanding applied English talents.
