当前法官流失已成为困扰司法工作的严重问题。法官流失与法官薪酬福利水平低、职业发展通道不畅、工作压力重、缺乏职业荣誉感等综合因素有关。因此建议延长一线办案法官的在职时间,推广法官助理制度,建立法官调剂机制,以解决当前面临的审判人力资源不足的问题;改革行政化法官管理模式为审判专业等级制,提高法官薪酬福利,落实法官依法独立判案责任制,彻底治理法官流失。
噹前法官流失已成為睏擾司法工作的嚴重問題。法官流失與法官薪酬福利水平低、職業髮展通道不暢、工作壓力重、缺乏職業榮譽感等綜閤因素有關。因此建議延長一線辦案法官的在職時間,推廣法官助理製度,建立法官調劑機製,以解決噹前麵臨的審判人力資源不足的問題;改革行政化法官管理模式為審判專業等級製,提高法官薪酬福利,落實法官依法獨立判案責任製,徹底治理法官流失。

Nowadays the judge loss has become a serious problem in judicial practice.This can be attrib- uted to low level salary and welfare, occupation development channel restricted, heavy work pressure and lack of occupation honor.To solve the problem of current judicial human resources shortage, it's proposed that we extend the service time of judge,popularize judge assistant system and establish the adjustment mechanism of the judge deployment.It's necessary to transform judge management mode from administrative to professional grade system,improve the salary and welfare,implement the sys- tem of independent decision in accordance with the law and take responsibility for his decision.
