本文以高科技企业的知识团队为研究样本,主要考察了时间框架效应、时间个性差异对知识团队创新的影响机制。研究结果表明,不同类型的时间个性差异对知识团队创新的影响不同,时间认知特征差异与知识团队创新程度正相关,时间情感特征差异与知识团队创新程度负相关,两者都与知识团队创新速度负相关;时间框架效应能够对时间个性差异影响知识团队创新程度的关系产生调节作用,但对时间个性差异影响知识团队创新速度的调节作用则不明显。研究结果为知识团队设计和实施以时间框架转换为基本思路的时间管理策略提供了初步理论支持。

Under the condition of knowledge-based competition, knowledge worker team is the main body which executes knowledge tasks and it is very important for the realization of knowledge innovation in organizations. But the reality of knowledge innovation process in organizations is always constrained by knowledge task's flexible and complex temporal frames. Different temporal frames will change knowledge worker team members' time cognition, emotion and be- havior during the task execution process. So the phenomenon which is known as "temporal framing effect" appears frequently. As a result, knowledge worker team process is easy to change under different tem- poral frames, and the interaction of heterogeneous knowledge resourc- es would be changed either. So knowledge worker team's innovation will be inevitably affected under temporal framing effect. This paper mainly examines the moderating mechanism of temporal framing el- feet's role on the relationship between time personality diversity and team innovation. The results show that temporal cognitive characteris- tic diversity can promote team innovation level, while temporal emo- tional characteristic diversity has a negative effect on team innovation level, and both of them will reduce team innovation speed. The results also show that temporal framing effect can moderate the relationship between time personality diversity and team innovation level, but has no obvious moderating effect on the relationship between time per- sonality diversity and team innovation speed. This paper is helpful to knowledge management's theoretical progress and practice through investigating time factor's mechanism of action on knowledge innova- tion. Several enlightenments are provided as follows: On the one hand, the research conclusion is helpful to open up a new time study perspec- tive for knowledge management and set up a new analysis framework of knowledge innovation under temporal framing effect; On the other hand, the research conclusion is helpful to provide some useful sugges- tions about the design and implementation of time management strategy and temporal frame conversion tool in knowledge worker team of knowledge-intensive enterprises.
