新型农村社区建设是推进青岛市城乡一体化发展的一项具体举措,目前取得了一定成就,同时也带来了失地农民权益保障等问题。选择青岛市部分社区中以种植林产品为生计的林农失地后权益保障状况进行调研,指出青岛市新型农村社区建设中有关失地林农权益保障中存在的问题：林农参与发展不充分、林地补偿标准过低,林农没有得到土地的增值性收益,林农就业难,有效的就业保障机制尚未建立,健全的社会保障体系还远未建成。针对问题提出保障失地林农权益的对策,旨在为稳步推进青岛市新型农村社区建设。
