2014年6月-2014年11月,利用活塞式开放插管底栖动物自然保育装置分别在泉州湾红树林湿地5个不同生境(互花米草区、幼林区、光滩、林内、潮沟边)进行底栖动物保育,以中华乌塘鳢(Bostrichthys sinensis)和拟穴青蟹(Scylla paramamosain)作为保育对象,证明活塞式开放插管底栖动物自然保育装置的保育效果明显:单个周期对插管的占据率最高达88.89%,对拟穴青蟹保育量最高可达20.31g/pipe,中华乌塘鳢最高仅为2.16g/pipe.保育效果间接说明泉州湾红树林湿地总体的拟穴青蟹资源量高于中华乌塘鳢,但从季节变化上看,夏季的拟穴青蟹数量高于中华乌塘鳢,但秋季则反之.对比插管在5个不同生境的保育效果,互花米草区效果最好,幼林区和光滩效果较好,林内和潮沟边的效果较差.建议在利用活塞式开放插管底栖动物自然保育装置对红树林湿地底栖动物的保育工作中,可根据不同生境、不同季节而适当进布设插管数量.
2014年6月-2014年11月,利用活塞式開放插管底棲動物自然保育裝置分彆在泉州灣紅樹林濕地5箇不同生境(互花米草區、幼林區、光灘、林內、潮溝邊)進行底棲動物保育,以中華烏塘鱧(Bostrichthys sinensis)和擬穴青蟹(Scylla paramamosain)作為保育對象,證明活塞式開放插管底棲動物自然保育裝置的保育效果明顯:單箇週期對插管的佔據率最高達88.89%,對擬穴青蟹保育量最高可達20.31g/pipe,中華烏塘鱧最高僅為2.16g/pipe.保育效果間接說明泉州灣紅樹林濕地總體的擬穴青蟹資源量高于中華烏塘鱧,但從季節變化上看,夏季的擬穴青蟹數量高于中華烏塘鱧,但鞦季則反之.對比插管在5箇不同生境的保育效果,互花米草區效果最好,幼林區和光灘效果較好,林內和潮溝邊的效果較差.建議在利用活塞式開放插管底棲動物自然保育裝置對紅樹林濕地底棲動物的保育工作中,可根據不同生境、不同季節而適噹進佈設插管數量.

To access how and what benthic macrofauna utilize the Psiton Pipes(PPs) as shelters, we deployed PPs in five different habitats (barren tidal flats(BTFs),Spartina alterniflora communities (SAs), adult mangrove forests (AMFs), young mangrove forests ( YMFs), tidal creek fringes (TCFs) ) in Quanzhou Bay, Quanzhou, Fujian and monitored semimonthly during June~November, 2014. The results showed the PPs were especially appealing to Bostrichthys sinensis and Scylla paramamosain. High percent (88.89%) of PPs were found dwelling with B.sinensis and S.paramamosain in some monitoring.In some cases,20.31 g/pipe in average of S.paramamosain ,or 2.16 g/pipe in average of B. sinensis were surveyed.The investigations also indicated that the resources of S.paramamosain were richer than that of B.sinensis in summer,while an opposite pattern was presented in autumn.Among the five habitats deployed with PPs,SAs was proved to be most favorable for benthic macrofannua~s utilization of PPs in Quanzhou Bay, and followed by YMFs, BTFs, AMFs and TCFs. The amount of PPs should base on the habitat types and different seasons when applying PPs into the conservation ef- forts of benthic macrofauna in mangrove swamp.
