以大黄鱼鱼鳞为原材料对鱼鳞胶原蛋白的提取条件进行优化研究.首先选用水处理法对大黄鱼进行温度、料液比和时间的单因素分析,然后进行正交试验,以确定最优提取工艺.发现大黄鱼鱼鳞含水率为53.83%.最佳提取工艺为提取温度为80℃,提取时间为25min,料液比为1∶40,得率为30.58%.

The conditions of extracting the collagen from Larimichthvs crocea scale with water treat- ment were studied. A single factor study was conducted for the extracting temperature, solid-liquid ratio and extracting time of univariate analysis before formal experiment to determine the optimal ex- traction process. Based on the experiment, it was found the moisture content of the Larimichthvs crocea scaleswas 53.83%, the proper condition of extracting collagen was 30.58% with extraction temperature 80 ℃ ,extraction time of 25 minutes,solid-liquid ratio was 1 : 40.
