经济相互依赖深刻地影响着国际安全。以货币为中心的经济相互依赖关系是当前中美两国关系的核心内容，其必然对两国安全认知产生直接影响。从美国方面看，在不对称依赖明显有利的情况下，为维护美国霸权的基石——美元霸权的稳定，美国没有对华采取军事行动的足够动机。从中国方面看，以人民币国际化为标志，中国经济力量的崛起已经开始显现中国磅礴的新气象，但它当前仍然没有充分的意愿挑战美国霸权。这为保持两国关系的总体平稳奠定了基础，但是，两国之间围绕实力消长的斗争在未来则可能日趋激烈。

International security is deeply affected by economic interdependence. The Sino-U. S. relation- ship is directly influenced by economic interdependence, which is currency-centered and regarded as a cru- cial issue between them. Given its apparent asymmetrical advantage over China, the United States doesn＇t have any strong motive to take military action on China for the sake of stable U.S. dollar hegemony. The growth of China＇s economy marked by RMB internationalization has paved the way for China＇ s new status as a great power, but China has no strong desire to challenge U. S. hegemony. All of these elements contribute to the overall stability of the relationship between China and America, but the struggles for power transition may be much more competitive in the future.
